How early should I arrive to class?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to ensure you can get set up properly.

What happens if I arrive late to a class?

The Cycle room door will be closed 1 minute before class starts. Once closed, guests will not be allowed in class.

How do I book into a class?

You can easily book into any class using our free Sweat Equity app for iOS and Android or through our website at www.sweatequitycycle.com .

When can I sign up for classes?

Classes go live every Sunday at 12pm for the following Monday-Sunday.

How far out can I book my classes?

Unlimited members and guests with an Advanced Booking Credit can book up to 2 weeks out. All other guests get 1 week.

Can I pick my own bike?

Yes. You can while booking on the APP

Do you provide towels?

Yes! We have complimentary towel service for you.

Can I ride in my tennis shoes?

No, you cannot.

Do you provide shoes for rent for cycle?

Yes, you can rent shoes for $3.

Can I bring my own spin shoes?

Yes! Our bikes are SPD & Delta compatible.

Do you have water?

Yes! We have bottled water for purchase or you can fill up your own bottle using our dispenser for free.

Can I book a spot in Cycle for my guest?

Soon! We are updating our software and this function will be available in the coming weeks.

What is the Cancellation Policy for classes I’ve signed up for?

There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes.

What happens if I do not cancel my class within the 12-hour cancellation window?

Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee and credit members will lose their credit.

If I have an Unlimited membership and I “no show” to a class is there a charge?

Yes! If you are booked into a class that you do not cancel and you “no show” you will be charged $20.

What happens if I need to leave a class early?

As a safety precaution and to respect the experience of fellow guests, we ask that you only book yourself into classes that you know you can fully attend from start to finish (including stretch). All classes start and end on time to respect your commitments outside of our space.

Do you have showers?

We do not have showers, but you are more than welcome to freshen up in our large bathrooms or dressing rooms after your class.

Do you offer online classes?

No, our classes are an in-person experience.

What is your Cancellation Policy for Unlimited Monthly Memberships with a 6-month commitment?

We do not allow cancellations for Monthly Membership in the first 6 months. After that, you can cancel at any time upon written or verbal request.

What is your Cancellation Policy for Month-to-Month Unlimited Monthly Memberships?

You can cancel your membership at any time upon written or verbal request.

What is your Refund Policy?

We do not provide refunds on class credits, monthly passes, or memberships. If you have remaining credits that you do not wish to use, we would be happy to help you gift them to a guest before they expire. If you have purchased a retail item that you need to return, the item must be unworn with tags attached to receive a refund within 14 days of purchase.
