The Basic Info

What to Know

Ready to join us? We look forward to meeting you! Here’s what you need to know to get started.

Preparing for Class

Arrive on time

The Cycle room door closes 1 minute prior to class and late riders will not be allowed entrance out of respect for those who are beginning their class. Plan your route accordingly to avoid delays.

Hydrate & Eat

Please remember to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your ride. We also recommend having a small snack 30 minutes prior or a light meal a couple of hours before.

What to Wear

We recommend wearing fitted bottoms (shorts, leggings, or pants) that don’t ride up your legs and a light, breathable top.

On Arrival

Be Early

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your ride to ensure we can get you properly set up on your bike as your safety and experience is our top priority. We give you a full run down of what to expect along with helping you with your bike settings, getting clipped in, and introduce you to your instructor. 2 minutes before class we will release booked bikes to our waitlisted guests.

Check-In

When you arrive, make sure you check in at our front desk. We will ensure you have everything you need along with proper shoes. You may bring your own cycle shoes, rent our shoes for $3, or purchase shoes. We have partnered with TIEM® to offer the best quality cycle shoes to our guests for purchase.

Don’t be Afraid to WORK but Listen to Your Body

We know growth is only achieved by pushing through the tough stuff, and our instructor team is trained to encourage you to do so. We believe our community is built on working together. We encourage you to do your best and stay with the class but welcome you to listen to your body and work at a level that is comfortable for you. As a reminder, we encourage new riders to sit in the second or third row, along the outer edge of the class. This allows you to watch advanced riders while you learn and get comfortable with our ride.
