What To Know

First of all, we are so happy you are here! We want you to know this is a no-judgement zone. We embrace all fitness levels & encourage you to come as you are!

Preparing for Class

🥳 Let’s Party!

Spin: try to arrive 15min early so we can help you with your shoes & set up your bike. Don’t forget to grab dumbbells!

Circuit: arrive early, check in at the front desk and meet in the circuit room!

**If you are not here 2 min before class we may release your spot to a waitlisted guest**

💧Hydrate & Eat

Please remember to drink plenty of water/electrolytes before, during, and after your ride. We also recommend having a small snack 30 minutes prior or a light meal a few of hours before.

👟 What to Wear 

For Spin & Circuit: We recommend wearing fitted bottoms (shorts, leggings, or pants) that don’t ride up your legs and a light, breathable top.

What is RIDE45?

It’s our signature 45-minute spin party! Think sweat, beats, and enough rhythm to make your legs question your life choices (in the best way). We ride to the music, dance like no one’s watching, and throw in a dumbbell arm track so your upper body doesn’t feel left out. Don’t worry—we’ll cool down and stretch at the end to remind your muscles you still love them. Warning: side effects may include dripping sweat, unstoppable smiles!

What is CIRCUIT40?

It’s our 40-minute all-in-one sweat fest! First, we ease you in with a 5-minute warmup and a demo of the moves. Then it’s go time: we’ll crush your cardio, fire up your strength, and test your core with a mix of dynamic movements, heavy lifting, and plyometrics.

But don’t worry, this class is for everyone—from fitness newbies to gym pros. You’ll be cheered, challenged, and maybe slightly sore (in a good way). Come ready to crush it. You’ve got this—and we’ve got you! 💪

Circuit: upbeat music, 5min warmup & 5min stations demo! You’ll sweat, work hard & leave feeling strong & empowered!

✨ After Class

We will stretch together & offer you a towel to wipe down your bike & equipment.

You’ll likely be sore—surprise! It takes a bit to master the moves both on & off the bike. Just keep showing up! Drink plenty of

water and eat good food. Your body will thank you!

☑️ Checking In

When you arrive, make sure you check in at our front desk. We will ensure you have everything you need along with proper shoes. You may bring your own cycle shoes, rent our shoes for $3 (first class shoes are free!), or purchase your very own TIEMÂŽ cycling shoes!
