Here are a few of our favorite most asked questions.  If you don’t see an answer to your specific question, feel free to contact us.

What should I bring to class?

Wear comfortable athletic clothes & bring a water bottle to replenish that sweat 😅 We provide spin shoes for a $3 rental fee— spin shoes for your first class are free!

How early should I get there?

Spin: Try to arrive 15min early so we can help you with your shoes & set up your bike. Don’t forget to grab dumbbells!

Circuit: Arrive early, check in at the front desk and meet in the circuit room!

What happens if I am running late?

The cycle room door will be closed once class starts. Once closed, guests will not be allowed in class. Also, if there is a waitlist, waitlisted members will be allowed to book into class if you are not there 3 minutes prior to class.

How do I book a class?

You can easily book into any class using our free Sweat Equity app for iOS and Android or through our website at www.sweatequitycycle.com .

I am ready! When can I sign up for classes?

Classes go live every Sunday at 12pm for the following Monday-Sunday.!

I want to sign up for multiple classes. How far out can I book?

Unlimited members and guests with an Advanced Booking Credit can book up to 2 weeks out. All other guests get 1 week.

So, can I pick my own bike?

Heck yes! You can select your bike while booking on the app.

Should I bring a towel or do you provide them?

Yes! We have a complimentary towel service for you.

Can I ride in my tennis shoes?

Our bike pedals are only compatable with spin specific shoes. You can bring your own spin shoes but they must be SPD or Delta compatible.

Do you provide spin shoes for rent?

Definitely! 😃 You can rent shoes for $3. For your first class they are FREE!

Do you have water?

Of course! We have bottled water for purchase or you can fill up your own bottle using our handy dandy dispenser.

Can I book a spot in Cycle for my guest?

Yes you can! You will select the “guest” option & enter their email. They will need to make an account before class.

What is the Cancellation Policy for classes I’ve signed up for?

There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes.

What happens if I do not cancel my class within the 12-hour cancellation window?

Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee and credit members will lose their credit.

If I have an Unlimited membership and I “no show” to a class is there a charge?

Yes! We do this for accountability & for the sake of other riders. If you are booked into a class that you do not cancel and you “no show” you will be charged $20. 

What happens if I need to leave a class early?

As a safety precaution and to respect the experience of fellow guests, we ask that you only book yourself into classes that you know you can fully attend from start to finish. We do our best to start and end on time to respect your commitments outside of our space.

Do you have showers?

We do not have showers, but you are more than welcome to freshen up in our large bathrooms or dressing rooms.

Do you offer online classes?

No, our classes are an one of a kind in-person experience

What is your Cancellation Policy for Unlimited Monthly Memberships with a 6-month commitment?

We do not allow cancellations for Monthly Membership in the first 6 months. After that, you can cancel at any time upon written or verbal request.

What is your Cancellation Policy for Month-to-Month Unlimited Monthly Memberships?

You can cancel your membership at any time upon written or verbal request.

What is your Refund Policy?

We do not provide refunds on class credits, monthly passes, or memberships. If you have remaining credits that you do not wish to use, we would be happy to help you gift them to a guest before they expire. If you have purchased a retail item that you need to return, the item must be unworn with tags attached to receive a refund within 14 days of purchase.
